Shipping & Returns

All orders received will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details. We usually ship by Australia Post, each shipment is automatically insured up to AU$100.

You may track your order on request depending on your shipping method. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first.

Shipping rates are based on order value, weight, dimensions and delivery address.

You may return a defective item within 10 days after receipt. Please claim any transport damages instantly by contacting us and your local courier company. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company - it is your responsibility to insure and track the package.
